Monday 25th September 2023 ~ Pay and Play season ends.
How time flies! Our pay and play season ends on the Aberdeen Autumn holiday, but we will be opening up on Saturday 30th September from 9.30 a.m. for a putting competition. Annual users can continue to use the Hub after this date, by booking slots in the usual way, (the bowls green will be closed for treatments, but there will be flags in the equipment box for the putting green). Thank you to everyone who has come through to support the Hub, we continue to have good numbers coming in for pay and play and also joining as annual users.
Saturday 27th May 2023 - Albury Community Sports Hub Open Day Message from our chair.
Our first post pandemic open day has been a huge success with so many families choosing to spend a sunny afternoon enjoying all that Albury Community Sports Hub has to offer. So many children from Ferryhill Primary School who have been having weekly bowling lessons came back today and brought their families with them. People of all ages had a great time trying out sports like pickleball, petanque, and croquet as well as tennis, various forms of bowling and putting. We were especially pleased with a visit from Mr Whippy whose ice cream was enjoyed by kids young and old. Thanks also to Sport Aberdeen for their support in organising the event.
