How to Join Us: a step-by-step guide

Albury Hub is a local not-for-profit organisation which relies on third-party solutions.  Our LTA Registered Venue status allows us to use ClubSpark platform for free.  To get access to the booking page, you would need an LTA account which is free to get when you become an Annual User of the Albury Hub. 

This guide is split in three parts:

A. Prerequisites.

B. How to join us if you already have an LTA account.

C. How to join us if you do not have an LTA account.

A - Prerequisites

  1. Email address - you or your parent/guardian must have personal email address.
  2. LTA Account - check if you already have an LTA account by visiting their website.
  3. Credit or Debit Card - have your card on hand to make payment to Albury Community Sports Hub.

B - You have an LTA account

  1. Go to the Annual Users tab and choose the package you wish to purchase.
  2. Find "Sign in with your social account" and click LTA.
  3. Enter Username and Password from your LTA account.
  4. Enter your personal details and click Next.
  5. Check the start and end day of Annual Use and amount to pay in full, and click Pay Now.
  6. Enter your Debit or Credit Card details and click Pay £££.££.
  7. Payment in progress. Processing payment.
  8. If payment fails please try another card. Ideally, try a Debit Card.
  9. Payment success. Your payment has been authorised.
  10. Membership confirmation screen. Your membership is now active and you could start booking timeslots right away.
  11. Gate PIN could be found by scrolling down on the confirmation screen to "Message from Albury Community Sports Hub".
  12. Check your email for Annual User confirmation. Gate PIN could be found by scrolling down within the confirmation email.

C - You do not have an LTA account

  1. Go to the Annual Users tab and choose the package you wish to purchase.
  2. Find "Haven't created an account? Click here" and click Click here.
  3. Find "Register with LTA..." and click LTA.
  4. Find "Create your Account" and click Join Us.
  5. Scroll down and click Join Now.
  6. Enter your personal details, read all information including policies, and click Join Now.
  7. Open your email client, find and open "Verify your email address" email from LTA, and click Verify Now.
  8. Your Email has been verified successfully, click on Back to Login.
  9. "Let's find your Advantage" screen. Click Let's get started.
  10. "What best describes you?" screen. You must choose Fan if you do not plan to play tennis at Albury, and Player if you do, and click Next.
  11. "Which sport brings you here?" screen. Choose Tennis and click Next.
  12. "Do you have an existing membership at the venue?" screen. Choose Yes and click Next.
  13. "Where do you hold your membership?" screen. Type Albury Community and choose Albury Community Sports Hub from the drop-down menu.
  14. "How do you pay for this membership?" pop-up. Choose I subscribe to a venue and click Confirm.
  15. "Where do you hold your membership?" screen once again. Click Next.
  16. Enter your Home address and click Find address.
  17. Select your address from the drop-down menu and click Confirm.
  18. "What is your home address?" screen once again. Click Next.
  19. "Are you interested in Wimbledon tickets?" screen. We suggest choosing Yes, if you are a tennis player and No if you are not, but this is optional.
  20. "This is your Advantage" screen. We suggest ignoring any extras, scroll down, and click Continue with Fan+ or Continue with Play+ depending on your answers before.
  21. Checkout screen. We suggest ignoring any extras, scroll down, and click Let's go!
  22. Confirmation screen.
  23. Type alburyhub.org.uk in your browser of choice and follow Part B - You have an LTA account guide above.
